We take the time to get to know you as a whole so that we can effectively create balance and harmony in your life. To personalise your recovery program, we ask you to be as thorough as possible when filling in our patient intake forms. You can trust us with your unique and complex condition.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
You will receive a text message upon booking each appointment and text reminder a day before.
We will assume you are coming to your scheduled appointments unless you call us. Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours will unfortunately result in a missed appointment or a late cancellation charge of half of the consult fee.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Privacy Act, all information relative to you and your case is held in total confidence. However, your consent is necessary to allow us to exchange information between the Chiropractors, or other health care practitioners if appropriate, within or outside this practice to ensure the most effective management of your condition. We will not release any information regarding your history or treatment to another medical or healthcare practitioner without your written consent.
Payments & Insurance
HICAPS/Health Insurance: | We process health insurance rebates directly for you at the clinic. |
Medicare: | We welcome Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPCs) and referrals from GP’s to provide Medicare-subsidised allied health appointments for chiropractic care. |
NDIS: | We can provide invoices to submit to NDIS for chiropractic services rebates |
